2000 年，执事会获悉在离新村约五公里外的池龙花园有一块1216平方米的宗教保留地。而近年来，该保留地邻近的商业及花园住宅区都持续逢勃发展，是属于一块新兴的黄金地带。 经过五年的申请与奔波、祷告与仰望，逐於 2008 年 4 月 4 日，州政府终于批准班达马兰卫理公会在该地段上1 Lot 35647, Lorong Bahagia 3, Taman Chi Liung兴建五层楼的教堂。然而，上帝所赐的是远超过人心所思所想的–班达马兰卫理公会只需为这60 年的地契缴付象徵式RM 1,000的地价， 及每年RM 100 的地税！

2008年 七月廿日下午1:30pm 骄阳灿烂。 空旷的池龙花园草地上却是欢喜的圣乐飘扬。华人年议会莫泽川会长，班达马兰主理陈添喜牧师，王鸿生传道，筹建主席洪荣美弟兄，及会友领袖黄不迷弟兄，在百多位弟兄姐妹的见证下，于当天的破土礼上奠下历史性的第一锄。

计划中的新教会正式命名为Gereja Methodist Bukit Tinggi，共有五层；圣殿可容纳约800-1000个座位。大约需资马币两百八十万。班达马兰卫理公会得此神所给予的恩典，而建造神的圣殿，实要把最高荣耀归予上帝。愿上帝的家及十架在池龙花园高高矗立，让得救的人数天天加添在神的家， 诚心所愿！

It was three weeks ago. The school bell just rang. The students scurried out from the main gate. That was the 4th secondary school we visited in two days. “Why do you think homosexual is alright?” TY stirred a conversation with a 15-year-old petite school girl. Shrugged off with a quick reply, “Well, the TV says so too, doesn’t it!?” Sighing in heart, but we weren’t too surprised upon the remark.

BS, a widow in her 50s, lived in a rundown deserted neighborhood with her daughters & grandchildren. She received us warmly. The little kids were in tattered shirts, running around & crying. We could barely move about in the tiny living room. Her son, severely retarded since birth, was sitting next to us murmuring. Life had not been kind to BS. Her face was dark tanned & with many wrinkles. She had been collecting recyclable wastes to help paid tuition fees for her grandkids. Calmly she recounted her past, occasionally with some smiles. She said, “…I once had a good Christian friend when I was still a girl. She never ate the food that we had offered to our ancestors. My mum forbad me from going to church…” That’s about all what she knew about Jesus!

YH in her 60s, lost her son-in-law couple years back, leaving behind two little grand kids with her. The elder grandson, JS, with a broken arm recently, was not shy to us. “Wow, was that you? You look handsome in that Kindergarten graduation picture!” “I got more to show you!” JS skipped into his room. “Is JS still missing his daddy much?” “No, he doesn’t seem so though…” JS ran out with a stack of pictures. All the pictures were with his mom & daddy. Our heart crumbled. “…Where is your mom?” “His mom just past away recently…” YH’s eyes turned red immediately. We almost lost words to continue the sharing.

The town has sixty thousands strong of population, booming with new comers every day. Many roamed outside the kingdom of God their entire life, perished without given the chance to know their choice. They have been working hard, & giving everything they could to their younger ones, but without knowing the truth, the way, & the life that our Almighty Creator has already in stock for them! Our heart arched in shame.

“Lord, help US to usher them to your church, for You said no one could come to you unless you draw them!”

“Yes, I would draw them alright, but are you ready NOW to receive my sheep? “

“…Yes, my Lord, let us receive your sheep for as much as You have measured us,” Completely stunned & speechless, in deep humility, only a faith voice could echo in heart.

The tiredness was gone! The anxiety was gone! Even we saw only couple of hands raised in the air during the evening gathering. These were the sheep God had entrusted us with. Among them, we also saw BS, who was the new addition to the Kingdom of God in that very evening!

“Why is the stress all over your face?”

“Have to lay my foundation well mah…”

These kids are laboring hard for their study, struggling to figure out what their future holds for them. Their burden is no less than those adults who fight for their career & family amidst the glooming economy. They need Jesus as much as anyone else. They need someone to tell them there is this gracious God who cares about their life, their study, their relationship & their everything else! They deserve to know that they are not alone. There is this heavenly father, who always delights to comfort, to guide, & to make a good sense out what of this chaotic generation.

Our God is gracious & never failing. But we need to bear the cross of Christ to understand how gracious our God is toward this ungracious world.

Soldier of Christ, let’s rise up in prayers & in actions! People need the Christ!

And He said to me,”My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest on me.

7:30pm to 8:00pm

The sky gloomed and drizzled. Only a handful of people showed up. Meanwhile a certain election candidate pitched a stage right in front of the church entrance. Loud speakers started boom blasting with dance girls doing their best number to draw crowd for their campaign. Our heart sank. But we prayed that God drew His people. Jesus said “No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him.”

8:15pm

A timid-looking man was wondering near the entrance. “What is your name?” It was dead silent. Eventually he uttered his name in a tidy voice. “Do you want to believe in Jesus?” Hesitated but then he nodded & made a prayer of salvation. “What would people call you in future?” He promptly replied, “A Christian!” Hallelujah. For the kingdom of God opens for the least & the weak!

8:30pm

The deafening noises in the street still penetrated the entire sanctuary. But a miracle took place when our guest speakers started the session of praise. The noises outside faded away suddenly! Stepping out from the sanctuary hall, the street was still stubbornly topped with the volume. But inside the sanctuary, it had as if become completely sound-proof. And the drizzling rain dispersed most of the crowd outside!

8:45pm -10:00pm

Many new faces showed up. At least 50 plus were first time to church. During the altar call, 13 responded. Some even raised both hands up high in the air! This included a hardcore Buddhist, who just a month ago angrily threatened to severe his friendship with his newly converted friend in our church!

When the church counselors walked out from the counseling room with the new converts, their faces radiated with joy! “So there was great joy in Jerusalem: for nothing like this had been seen in Jerusalem…” Chro 2- 30:26. Yes, rise up, brethrens. For the miracles of God are here & the season of reaping is finally near!

Wow.. amazing!

Can’t believe this is the way how they play it. Imagine each person is a key of your piano. Now how you gonna instruct them to play melody + chord of a song? They actually did it!

My first impression that the bell will sound like tong-tong or ring-ring (ice-cream seller type) but it wasn’t true. It seems soft like a music box tone although it’s huge.

Just like any instruments, it has lower (bigger) to higher (smaller) pitch.

So basically you’ll see them keep on swinging the bell while playing a song. One mistake, it gonna be very obvious. Because they can’t afford for mistake, they had actually practice 3 times a week for 4 hours each time.

The most interesting part is the ultraviolet presentation accompany with handbell musical playing in background. It’s so beautiful ^^

Kam sa ham ne da

About 20 over couples attended & had their beautiful candle light dinner in Denny & Partners (Klang). Here, they did many crazy thing such as wrote love letter to each other, send flower, vow, kiss & hug like never before hehe.. it’s been a long time for them. It’s such a special day for them to find their way back into love. Congratulation!

I felt this song quite suit them.
